Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Measify ("we", "us") for the VisionReel app (the "App"). By using the App you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Who can use VisionReel
You must be at least 18 years old. By tapping "Agree & use my photo" in the App, you confirm that you are an adult and that the selfie you add shows you.
2. What the App does
You choose life goals from our catalogue and add one selfie. The App uses artificial intelligence to make short videos that picture you living those goals. Videos are made by our AI provider, fal.ai, using a third-party video model. Making a video takes time and can sometimes fail.
3. Your account
The App creates an anonymous account for you on first launch. There is no sign-in, so your account, your videos and your credits are tied to this installation of the App on your device. If you uninstall the App, reset or lose your phone, or delete your account, they cannot be recovered.
4. Acceptable use
Only use your own face. You agree that you will not:
- upload a photo of anyone other than yourself, including friends, family, celebrities or public figures;
- upload a photo of a person under 18;
- use the App to impersonate, deceive, harass, bully or defame anyone, or to make content that is sexual, hateful, violent or otherwise illegal;
- present a generated video as real footage in a way meant to mislead people, for example as proof of something that did not happen;
- upload content you do not have the right to use;
- try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the limits, credits or safety checks of the App.
We, or our AI provider, may block a request, refuse to deliver a video, or suspend access if we believe these rules are broken.
5. AI-generated content
- Videos are AI-generated visualisations, made for inspiration and entertainment. They are not predictions, promises, or financial, health, career or any other professional advice. VisionReel does not guarantee that any goal will come true.
- AI output can be imperfect. A video may not look exactly like you and may contain mistakes or unexpected details.
- If you see a video that is offensive or wrong, use "Report video" in the App or email us.
6. Your content and our licence
You keep all rights you have in your selfie. You give us and our service providers a limited, temporary licence to store and process it only to make the videos you ask for and to run the App, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your selfie to train AI models.
Subject to these terms and the law, you may use, save and share the videos you make for personal, non-commercial purposes. When you share them, please say they are AI-generated where that matters. You are responsible for how you share your videos.
7. Credits and purchases
- One credit makes one video. Credits are sold as one-time in-app purchases (credit packs) through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown in the App before you buy.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Credits are stored on your device only. They cannot be restored if you uninstall the App, reset or lose your phone, move to a new phone, or delete your account.
- If a video fails, or is blocked before it is made, the credit is given back automatically.
- Payments are handled by Apple or Google. Refund requests follow their policies: for the App Store, reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google Play, the Play Store order history. Nothing in these terms limits any refund or consumer rights you have under the law.
8. Our content
The App, its design, the goal catalogue, texts and graphics belong to Measify or its licensors. You may not copy, sell or redistribute them, except the videos you make as allowed in section 6.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the App running but cannot promise it will always be available, error-free or offer every goal. We may change, suspend or end features, or the App, at any time. We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date shows the latest version, and for important changes we will tell you in the App.
10. Third-party services
The App relies on services from Google (Firebase), fal.ai, Adapty, Apple and Google Play. Their own terms apply to your use of their stores and services.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for content you create or share. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some countries do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you; your statutory rights are not affected.
12. Ending your use
You can stop using the App at any time and delete your account in the App (Profile → Your data → Delete all my data). We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms.
13. Apple App Store users
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, these terms are between you and Measify, not Apple. Apple has no responsibility for the App or its content, has no obligation to provide support, and is not responsible for any claims about the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
